How to transfer a CityLink toll invoice to an account held with another toll operator?

You'll need your toll invoice number as well as your account number or e-TAG number. You'll also need to make sure your account with the other operator is active.

Follow these steps to transfer your toll invoice:

  1. Go to the transfer toll invoice page
  2. Enter your toll invoice number and click Add
  3. Select the toll invoice(s) you would like to pay and click Next Step
  4. Select your toll provider from the drop down menu and enter your account number or e-TAG serial number and click Next Step
  5. Review that the information is correct and click Submit Transfer
  6. Enter the required information and click Proceed

The transfer can take up to 2 days to process. Check your account statement for confirmation.
