What you'll need

To use the CityLink app you'll need a valid CityLink Everyday or Access account and compatible iOS or Android device.
iOS: iPhone 5 or above running iOS 8.4 or higher.

Android: any device with Android 4.4.x and above.

By downloading this CityLink app, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the CityLink customer service Agreement relevant to your account, CityLink App Terms of Use, the Transurban Privacy Policy and the Transurban Credit Reporting Policy. The Transurban Privacy Policy describe how CityLink Melbourne Limited (a member of the Transurban Group) collects, discloses and uses your personal information and how you may contact us in relation to your personal information.  Our Credit Reporting Policy lists the credit reporting bodies to which we may disclose your personal information if your account is in default.
