Taxi Customer Service Agreement as at 1.09.12
Please be advised that we have updated the Customer Service Agreement for Taxi Owner, Taxi Driver & Taxi Owner/Driver. We ask our customers to take the time to understand the changes as these changes are effective as at 1 October 2012.
Updated Taxi Owner, Taxi Driver & Taxi Owner/Driver Customer Service Agreement from 1 September 2012:
The CityLink Taxi Owner, Taxi Driver & Taxi Owner/Driver Account Customer Service Agreement has been updated to:
- Clarify the two methods made available for receiving statements (web or mail), the fees associated (free for web statements), and the type of statements (summary or detail, monthly or quarterly).
- Clarify the description and amount charged for a Detailed Statement Fee.
Annual Detailed Statement Fee is no longer applicable for a Taxi Driver Account.

9. Invoices and 10. Statements |
You may elect to receive : · Free web statements / invoices (monthly summary or monthly detailed), or · Free mailed summary statements / invoices (monthly or quarterly), or · Pay a Detailed Statement Fee to receive mailed detailed statements (monthly or quarterly). All copies of your statements / invoices can be accessed by logging into the CityLink website. At anytime you request to receive a One-off Detailed Statement you agree to pay CityLink a One-off Detailed Statement Free. | |

Each month or quarter you agree to pay this fee we will mail you a detailed statement for the statement period. |
Either: (a) $2.75 per month or (b) $2.75 per quarter to be mailed a detailed statement to your nominated address. |

One-off Detailed Statement Fee |
You pay this fee to get a one-off detailed statement. |
$3.30 for each time you request a one-off detailed statement. |
