Customer Service Agreement as at 23.11.12
Please be advised that CityLink has updated all relevant Customer Service Agreements (CSAs). The updates affect the following CSAs: Access, Anonymous, Commercial, Commercial Video Tolling, Everyday, Melbourne Pass, Motor Car Trader, CityLink Passes and Taxi Owner/Taxi Driver.
CityLink Customer Service Agreements have been updated to:
- Clarify the meaning - definition – of the term Account,
- Clarify the meaning to a Credit Card Surcharge Fee, and
- Clarify the meaning to the Re-registration Fee.

Credit Card Surcharge Fee |
This is the amount that is debited to your credit card when you nominated to use an American Express or Diners Club credit card to make a payment to us. |
The variable charge imposed on us by the credit card provider to process your payment to CityLink. Current Credit Card Surcharge Fees are available when you visit the CityLink website.

Re-registration Fee |
This is the amount that CityLink Melbourne may charge if your Account is re-registered after your Account has been suspended or cancelled, or CityLink Melbourne re-registers your Nominated Vehicle. |
$5.50 per vehicle (Commercial, Commercial Video Tolling and Taxi Owner Accounts). $11.00 for re-registering your CityLink Account (Access, Anonymous and Everyday). $11.00 for vehicle (Motor Trader and Taxi Driver Accounts). |
