Can I use my CityLink Account on other toll roads?
CityLink Everyday accounts
Customers with a CityLink Everyday account have the convenience of being able to use their e-TAG on all toll roads in Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland. This includes EastLink.
Keep your e-TAG positioned correctly and the trip charges and fees from these other toll roads will be billed directly to your CityLink account with no additional charges from us. Find out more about a CityLink Everyday Account.
CityLink Access accounts
Customers with a CityLink Access account can only travel on CityLink and EastLink. An Access account cannot be used on any interstate toll roads in New South Wales or Queensland. Trip charges and fees from using EastLink will be billed directly to your CityLink account with no additional charges from us.
For Access account customers, with each trip on CityLink or EastLink you are charged a vehicle matching fee plus the tolls for the sections travelled. Find out more about a CityLink Access Account.
