Use your CityLink account number to login. If you have forgotten your account number, refer to any previous CityLink statement.

If you cannot locate your CityLink statement (tip: search your email inbox, you may have received a new statement notification from us), call CityLink on 13 26 29.

I have forgotten my PIN

You can retrieve your PIN online by accessing the PIN retrieval link through the Customer Login.

  1. Click on Customer Login.
  2. Click on the link for "Forgot PIN".
