I received a Late Toll invoice / Infringement Notice in the mail
If you have received a Late Toll invoice and
- You were the driver, you are recommended to pay the full amount on the invoice before the due date. Payment received by the due date will avoid a further Reminder - a CityLink Final Notice - with higher administration fees. Each Late Toll invoice needs to be paid separately. Payments to a CityLink account will not cover the charges on the Late Toll invoice.
- You were not the driver you can nominate the driver of the vehicle by completing a nomination statement.
IMPORTANT:
- If you have been issued a CityLink Late Toll notice and payment is not received by the due date, CityLink will issue you a further reminder known as the Final Notice.
- If payment is not received by the due date on the Final Notice, details of the travel will be referred to the Victoria Police who may issue an Infringement Notice by mail for each date of travel.
If you have received an Infringement Notice
- You need to contact Civic Compliance Victoria (CCV) for any questions regarding payment or how to dispute the Notice.
- Once an Infringement Notice has been issued, CityLink can only provide information as to why a Late Toll invoice may have been issued. CityLink is unable to withdraw or cancel an Infringement Notice, as these Notices are issued by the Victoria Police.
