I haven't received my latest statement
You may have recently signed up or moved to electronic statements. This means that your next statement will not be sent to you via postal mail.
If you have an email address registered with CityLink you will receive an email notification from CityLink when your statement is ready to be downloaded online.
To download your eStatement:
- Login to your CityLink Account.
- Click on the Statements tab or View Statements button.
If you do not currently receive email notifications you can add your email address to your account.
To add your email address:
- Login to your CityLink Account.
- Click on the Contact Maintenance tab.
- Select the Edit My Details option.
