  1. I'd like a non e-TAG account, that allows me to travel along CityLink without having to keep buying passes.
  2. I'd like the flexibility to travel on CityLink, EastLink and other toll roads around Australia as often as I like.
  3. I'm using CityLink for business purposes (including taxis).
