Update your email address between 21 March and 31 August 2012 and you'll automatically go into the draw to win one of five brand new Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, 16GB 3G + wifi (valued over $600 each). To enter, log in, click the 'Contact Maintenance' tab and select 'Edit My Details'. Alternatively, you can email us with your account number to updatemyemail@citylink.com.au.
Terms and conditions of entering the CityLink Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 Promotion
- By entering the Promotion, each Entrant is taken by Transurban Ltd ABN 65 098 143 410 and CityLink Melbourne Limited ABN 65 070 810 678 (Promoter) to accept these terms and conditions. Information on how to enter this Promotion forms part of these terms and conditions.
- Entry into this Promotion is restricted to Victorian residents aged 18 years or over excluding any Excluded Person.
- An Excluded Person is each employee (and any person who is an immediate family member of such an employee) of the Promoter.
- To enter the Promotion, an eligible person (Entrant) must update their email details accessible on www.citylink.com.au. From 21 March 2012 until 5pm AEDT on 31 August 2012. A person may not enter the Promotion more than once.
- The winner of the Promotion (Winner) will be the Entrant randomly drawn by the Promoter from all Entrants. The draw to determine the Winner will be held at 10am AEDT on 4 September 2012 at Level 2, 505 Little Collins Street, Melbourne.
- The Winner will be notified via email or phone as soon as practicable after the draw is concluded. The details of the Winner will be published in The Age newspaper on 20 September 2012.
- The Winner will receive the prize of one Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, 16GB 3G + wifi (valued at $600 each) (Prize). Prize does not include data or phone plan.
- If the Winner does not accept the Prize within 14 days of receipt of the notification referred to in clause 6, then that offer will lapse, will be of no further effect and will no longer be capable of acceptance. The Winner will not be entitled to any other prize in lieu of the Prize. No prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
- The Promoter reserves the right, unless to do so would be prohibited by law, to cancel, suspend, modify, terminate or cancel the Promotion.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes from these terms and conditions all conditions, warranties and terms, implied by statute, general law or custom and the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability whether arising in tort (including, without limitation, negligence), contract or otherwise for any loss or damage whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion.
- The Winner consents to the Promoter using (or permitting authorised third parties to use) his or her name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome). The Promoter collects your email address in order to conduct the promotion and provide any goods/services requested and may, for that purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, prize suppliers or a regulatory authority and for any purpose to which the entrant has previously consented, including but not limited to, future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes.
