New Account numbers for account holders
CityLink has recently updated its customer management and billing system. The system change has meant that all our customers have been given a new CityLink account number which can be found on the top right hand corner of your CityLink printed or electronic statement and/or invoice.
To access your account online or make an account payment, you can use your new account number and current Personal Identification Number (PIN). Your nominated PIN remains unchanged.
If at any time you should forget your new account number, you can still use your old account number and its PIN to perform all account maintenance.
