Updated Anonymous Customer Service Agreement

The CityLink Anonymous Account Customer Service Agreement has been updated to:
- Extend the timeframe allowing customers to dispute their account balance as shown on their Statement from sixty (60) days to one-hundred and eighty (180) days.
- Clarifying the date on which changes to the Anonymous Account Customer Services Agreement become effective.

15. Complaints, questions and disputes |
If you believe there is an error (including trips, fees and charges) on your Statement that you have requested from the CityLink Customer Centre, we require you to tell us of any errors or discrepancies promptly. If we are not contacted within 180 days from the date of the Trip we will assume that the Statement is correct. |

16. Changing this agreement |
Changes to this agreement or assignment of this agreement will apply from the date which is the later of: (a) 30 days after the date of notification of the changes on our website; or (b) the date stated on the copy of changes on our website, except when the changes either reduce fees or charges or are as a result of changes in taxes they will apply as soon as practicable but no later than 30 days after notification of the change on our website. |
