Updated Access Customer Service Agreement

The CityLink Access Account Customer Service Agreement has been updated to:

Specific changes:

Clause

10. Statements

You may elect to receive :

·         Free web statements (monthly summary or monthly detailed), or

·         Free mailed monthly summary statements, or

·         Pay a monthly Detailed Statement Fee to receive mailed monthly detailed statements.

All copies of your statements can be accessed by logging into the CityLink website.

At anytime you request to receive a One-off Detailed Statement you agree to pay CityLink a One-off Detailed Statement Free.

15. Suspension or cancellation

Dormant Accounts

If there is no activity on your Account for more than 12 months, we will send you a letter requesting you:

·         reactivate your Account by travelling on an Eligible Toll Road;

·         reactivate your Account by contacting CityLink;

·         close your Account and cancel the CityLink Registration of your Nominated Vehicle; or

When you reactivate your account by contacting CityLink, you agree to pay us the Reactivation Fee.

You agree that we may close your Account and cancel the CityLink Registration of your Nominated Vehicle if we do not receive a response from you in the required timeframe.

20. Amounts, Fees and Charges (inclusive of GST where applicable)

Detailed Statement Fee

Each month or quarter you agree to pay this fee we will mail you a detailed statement for the statement period.

Either:

(a) $2.75 per month or

(b) $2.75 per quarter to

be mailed a detailed statement to your nominated address.

Re-activation Fee

At your request, this is the amount that we may charge to re-activate your Account if we do not detect any Trips from your Nominated Vehicle or Number Plate using CityLink in the previous 12 months or more.

$5.50 to re-active your Account.
