Travelling on CityLink in a rental vehicle hired from Avis or Budget

Customers who have hired, or are considering hiring a rental vehicle from Avis or Budget, need to be aware that the terms and conditions of your rental agreement will not allow you to use a CityLink e-TAG, video product or CityLink Pass product.

All Avis and Budget rental vehicles are registered with the RTA and CityLink tolls must be paid using the associated RTA e-toll facility. This RTA facility is established at the time you rent a vehicle from Avis or Budget. There is no need for customers to purchase an additional product from CityLink as this could result in duplicate charges which may not be refundable.
