Late Toll invoice

Motorists who use CityLink without valid arrangements to pay their tolls are invoiced after 3 days and given 14 days to pay. This means that instead of receiving an automatic fine you will receive a Late Toll invoice, which gives you more time to pay for your unregistered travel.

The Late Toll invoice includes the charges for the toll points travelled through along CityLink as well as an administration fee.

Please note: Each Late Toll invoice needs to be paid separately. Payments to a CityLink account will not cover the charges on the Late Toll invoice.

If you were not the driver of the vehicle at the trips outlined on the Late Toll invoice you can nominate the responsible driver. Download and complete a Late Toll invoice statement form and send to CityLink via the address details noted on the form.  If you have multiple trips that you need to nominate to other drivers you will need to download and complete the Multiple Late Toll invoice statement form. Both forms are available here.
