You have a NEW CityLink Account number
CityLink has recently updated its customer management and billing system. The system change has meant that all our customers have been given a new CityLink account number which can be found on the top right hand corner of your bill.
To access your account online or make an account payment, you can use your new account number and current PIN.
Your nominated PIN remains unchanged. If at any time you should forget your new account number, you can still use your old account number and it's PIN to perform all account maintenance.
Please note: If you have a CityLink payment card, there are no changes to the way it is being used.
