If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a complaint you have raised with CityLink you can contact the Tolling Customer Ombudsman.

 

The Ombudsman:

  • provides an independent dispute resolution service, at no cost to you
  • works with you and CityLink to investigate your complaint
  • proposes a way to resolve the complaint

 

The Ombudsman cannot handle matters that:

  • have not already been raised with CityLink
  • are related to any infringement notices issued by authorities
