The next time e-Invoicing customers receive their raw data file, it will have changes to represent new gantries on the NSW M2 Hills Motorway (112).

Current users are reminded that gantry information is not available for invoices issued between December 2011 and April 2012.

    What is TIM?

    If your business generates thousands of trips every month our Transurban Invoice Manager (TIM) application can help save you time and money. TIM is FREE to our medium to large customers for use with our electronic invoicing.

    TIM calculates FBT requirements, reports and audits vehicle and tag usage, and help track expenses at a cost centre and Fleet ID level. TIM can also produce detailed trip by trip reports, search by invoice number as well as by date range. There is also the ability to produce graphs and charts for inclusion in presentations.

    Current users of TIM are encouraged to download and fully install the latest version to benefit from upgraded features; download is free of charge and you can do it today.

    To help users understand the new format of their raw data file, we have available for download the raw data file specification document. We encourage all users to take the time to review the specification document.
