EastLink and Other Toll Roads
With a CityLink account you can travel on all Victorian tollways, including EastLink, and have their trip charges and fees billed directly to your CityLink account with no additional charges from us. One account for all your toll road travel means greater convenience for you.
Being able to use your CityLink account on EastLink means you will receive the one, easy to read and understand statement or invoice*. There is no need to manage and pay separate accounts.
If you have a CityLink e-TAG, just ensure that it is in the correct position to be detected when travelling under the EastLink toll points. You can be in any lane to use your e-TAG and you don't need to slow down when you are approaching a toll point.
You can also use your e-TAG on all tollways in New South Wales and Queensland.
- If your tag doesn't beep when you pass under a toll point, you need to call your toll road operator immediately to avoid the possibility of a fine.
- If you have purchased a Pass product from CityLink or another toll road operator, remove your e-TAG so tolls aren't charged to your account.
