TIM - Transurban Invoice Manager
If your business generates hundreds, or even thousands, of trips every month and you receive trip data electronically, TIM can help save you time and money. TIM is short for Transurban Invoice Manager and is FREE to our customers who use our electronic invoicing.
New to TIM 2.1 are features to produce detailed trip by trip reports, search by invoice number as well as by date range. TIM 2.1 can also produce various charts and graphs for inclusion in presentations.
TIM 2.1 is available FREE of charge and is easy to install. Please check with your IT department regarding access through your corporate firewall and to obtain write access to the application.

New features include:
- Product detailed and summary trip by trip reports;
- Search by invoice number as well as by date range; and
- Ability to copy and paste various reports, charts and graphs for inclusion in presentations.
Still available in TIM 2.1:
- Calculating FBT.
- Separate business use and private use for FBT purposes.
- Produce reports by account number, fleet number, fleet ID, registration number or by e-TAG device number with all the functionality of Excel.
- Track abuse of e-TAGs.
- Save profiles for employees, employee groups or specific criteria, e.g. report type, hours, or data range.
- Save profiles by individual driver, e.g. hours driven or days off.
- Upload multiple files at the same time.
