Open an account
It is easy to open your CityLink account on-line. Simply select the account you wish to open from the drop-down list in the 'Express Lane' on the right and select 'next' and follow the steps to complete your on-line application.

To open a CityLink account you will need to have the following information handy:
- your name and contact details
- your postal address
- the type of vehicle(s) you use (e.g Car, Light Commercial Vehicle or Heavy Commercial Vehicle) and their make and model
- registration numbers for the vehicles nominated to the account
- a six-digit number we can use as a PIN for verification
For business accounts (Everyday Business, Access Business and Commercial), the company name, trading name, ACN/ABN and business phone number will also be required.
If you intend to pay by credit card we also require your credit card name, number and expiry date.
Please note: Motorcycles currently do not pay for tolls on CityLink.
