Tulla Pass
The Tulla Pass is valid if you are only travelling between the Flemington Road section of CityLink and Bulla Road, Essendon North, in either direction for 24 hours. (This pass is suitable for one-off travel or multiple trips for the airport.)
A Tulla Pass can be purchased for a car or light commercial vehicle only (LCV).
The CityLink Tulla Pass is valid for travel between:
- Tullamarine Freeway/Bulla Road; and
- Flemington Road/Mt Alexander Road.
After the exit point to Flemington Road the Tulla Pass is no longer valid. A Late Toll invoice may be issued for travel that exceeds the Tulla Pass zone.
This pass can be purchased up to 3 days after travel.
A maximum of 12 CityLink Passes (a combination of 24-Hour, Weekend or Tulla Pass) may be purchased per vehicle, per 12 months.
